I live in a town that tends to "overlook" things until it is brought up multiple times. My town has a few fire department companies and a budget for each one for the new year. The other companies each have three+ engines with two extra vehicles: one being the lead officer and the other for misc uses. We are the only company that doesn't have the extra vehicle and sometimes get overlooked. We still have room left in our budget to add an additional vehicle and want to make the letter stand out. Can anyone help in drafting a letter?
