What is the best way to cook prime rib in a alto shaam?

I have never used one before and my work just got one and we do prime rib specials and I need some info on how to cook the prime in one of these things. The last prime I did was hard to cut through and very chewy. Can someone give me some advice please?

you obviously didn’t sear it first you have to sear all red meats before you roast them to prevent the juices from running out don’t put salt but you could use pepper I also find it helpful to sprinkle (White bread crumb) lightly the secret to a good roast is the temperature don`t cook it too much about 20 minutes a a kilo for rare and always let it rest at least 15 minutes before cutting it. that is done to equalize the internal temperature (Chef Nabil).

PLEASE HELP If I want to have a new adventurous college and life experience should i go to Japan?

I'm applying for a scholarship to japan, what is life like for an expat there, will i feel homesick if im social and independant, will i get a culture shock? But its the first time ill be away from home. Is japan the right choice?Tokyo to b specific, are people nice to expats, are there people i can mingle with easily, im very frightened at the idea:( please help

depends which college you are going to. Waseda, Sophia, Keio, ICU?

ICU may be the best because they actively recruit international students. Waseda has an international program also, but much more prestigious, so harder to get in.

Tokyo can be fun: watch out though, the landlady where you rent will go through your garbage to make sure you separated it right.

Easy to find cheap food........ expats are just more bodies... some neighborhoods are better to stay away from.

you WILL get lonely at some point... it is far from home, airfare is expensive. for that matter EVERYTHING is expensive there.
