What do you consider to be the most 'Progressive' Jazz albums released in the 1950's and 1960's?

I like Bebop, Hard Bop, Modal Jazz, Free Jazz, and Jazz Fusion especially. But I am grateful for any recommendations.

It depends on the definition of 'progressive'.

I think Bill Evans' output during this period was the most influential. He change not so much what was played, but how it is played. In the early 1960’s Evans and his trio released several albums that would change the inner workings of the piano trio along with modern pianists’ idea of harmony and melody. There was group dynamics before Bill Evans, and after Bill Evans. It is kind of like guitar, before and after Charlie Christian. The Complete Village Vanguard Recordings illustrate of an example of this new trio idea of 'democracy' within the group.

How to get into medical school straight from high school?

Does anyone have any information on how to get into medical school in the USA) straight out of high school? What is this program called? Any specific schools that you know of out there? How do I begin researching them? I have no idea what to google to get information on them. Any advice from someone who has done this before?

You are probably thinking about the Combined Degree programs offered at 36 schools in the US; however, you do not go straight to medical school from high school. That does not occur in the US.

A Combined Degree is an alliance between a medical school and an undergrad university. You complete three years at the university and if you have met all requirements, then enter the medical school. After completing the first year of medical school you are awarded your undergrad degree.

Looking for bands like Chimaria, suffocation, megadeth, and dethklok...high in volume with technical guitar transitions.

I dont like Children of Bodom, Aborted, Slipknot, disturbed etc etc....please no punk, wanna be hard bands!

And i know most of the classics like Blacksabbath and Van Halen...so newer stuff please

Been wondering this myself, at least for Chimaira. These guys know metal as far as I'm concerned, I love the really heaviness they have in their guitar riffs, I know of no other band that can match Chimairas unique playing style, it goes unmatched. All I can compare them to as far as crunchy sound, and the heavy use of guitars goes would be a flip between Slayer and probably Prong, I don't like prong that much, but some of their stuff is very close to what Chimaira does if you're just after the musical aspect.

Where can I find the video about the boy who plays alot of instruments and gives a tribute of James Brown?

Today while I was on the Internet I saw this video of an 11 year old boy who played several instruments(guitars, sax) and sang a James Brown song but I don't remember where I saw it. Any suggestions?
